Zavod G.G.A.V..LJ. is based in Ljubljana but organises its activities throughout whole Slovenia and further. Within the organization the team consists of active educators who have different and therefore reach educational background. We are active in different areas of working with people, educational and creativity process. We're so actors, pedagogues, teachers, therapists, art therapists, coaches and psychologists. Our main tool is the using of the potential of creativity in/through dramatic (theatre) experience.
In eight years we have realized many programs (workshops, trainings…) aimed to support the educators (we define them as “all people who work with people”). We use the performative  method AV® as developed by our founder Alenka.
The Komunikativa group is supporting and training the educators and other people who work with people. We're focused on the issue where people are supposed to give other people support or to lead, to inspirate and motivate them for  working and living.  We're as well working with those who work with childreen and adults with special needs such as people with serious health problems or developmental mental disorders or physical disabilities.
Our organization would like to share and spread method with organizations with similar goal to reach a higher quality of work. We understand partnership to be an opportunity to meet, offer, share, exchange, extend, enriech experiences and approaches partners, working on the common problem but in different environments and different countries.
